1. Product Damage or Packing Errors

If there is an error in packing or damage to the product during transit, we take full responsibility and will replace the affected items.

Mandatory Requirement: An uninterrupted video recording of the package being opened must be provided for any complaint to be valid.

Complaints must be made within 0-3 Days of receiving the parcel.

2. Replacement and Refund Conditions

We only replace products that are damaged during transit.

If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days in line with RBI guidelines on electronic transactions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
3. Return Procedure

Buyers must return items via registered domestic courier services.

A maximum of ₹100 will be reimbursed towards return shipping costs.

Returns must be securely packed to prevent further damage.
4. Cancellations & Exchanges

Orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged once placed.

If a specific item in your order cannot be processed, we will offer:

A replacement item of equivalent value, or

A refund for that item.

5. Courier Returns and Invalid Claims

No refunds will be provided for returned parcels due to address issues, non-availability of recipient, or courier rejection.

Claims without video proof will not be entertained.
6. RBI Compliance

All refund processes comply with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on digital payments and consumer protection.

Refunds are subject to verification and will only be processed to the original source of payment.
