Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.

While we strive for prompt delivery, standard delivery timelines may vary between 4 to 9 working days, depending on the destination and courier availability.

We operate and ship Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Note: mmjewellerys.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier companies or unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.). However, we guarantee handover of the package to the courier service within the committed timeframe.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS, enabling you to monitor your shipment status directly on the courier’s website.
